FUTKIT Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your FUTKIT order. If there's an issue with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

Returns are accepted for U.S. orders only within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In original condition
• Free of damage caused after delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Customized jerseys (name and/or number personalization)
• Items marked as final sale
• International orders

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll work quickly to make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
